Japanese Film Festival in Kathmandu

The Japanese film festival in Kathmandu organized on January 31 and February 1 at National Theatre (राष्ट्रिय नाचघर) was successfully completed. Thank you very much to the audiences and Japanese culture lovers who attended the event.
The program on February 1 also featured Yukata/Happi coat wearing event. Participants enjoyed movies wearing the Japanese dresses and enjoyed the photo session at the Japanese style photo booth. Some 1200 people visited the venue and experienced the new culture on their own.
Newly arrived Ambassador of Japan to Nepal Mr. MAEDA Toru was happy while visiting the festival. He shared the moment with the guest visitors dressed in Japanese dress.
