Ambassador Maeda attended the JDS Alumni Program (February 17, 2025)

On February 17, Ambassador Maeda met with alumni of post graduate courses in Japan from Nepali government.
The event was attended by Mr. Eaknarayan Aryal, Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal, Mr. Gokarna Mani Duwadee, Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs and President of JDS Alumni Association of Nepal (JDSAAN), Joint Secretaries, representatives of various associations related to Japan, professors from Japanese universities and a lot of alumni.
During the program, Chief Secretary Mr. Eaknarayan Aryal expressed his gratitude for the support of the Government of Japan in the field of human resource development, and the alumni expressed their determination to use the knowledge and experience gained in higher education in Japan for the development of Nepal and to strengthen the bilateral relations between Japan and Nepal.
Ambassador enjoyed meeting with the alumni and those involved in the human resource development scholarship project (JDS) and wished all the alumni success and contribution to the further development of Nepal.
