On April 17, Ambassador Maeda paid a courtesy call on Hon’ble Mr. Khadak Raj Paudel, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation. To mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations this year, the Ambassador and the Minister discussed ways to upgrade bilateral relations between Japan and Nepal, including promoting cooperation in the tourism sector and mutual understanding through cultural exchanges.
