On May 12, 2002, Ambassador Kaminaga and Mr. Mukunda Sharma Paudel, Secretary at Ministry of Communications, jointly stamped the postal coverage at a function organised by the Japan University Students Association, Nepal (JUSAN). The coverage bears the stamp of Rs. 18. Preparations are underway to print the postal stamp depicting the pictures of the first eight Nepali students in Japan.
