On December 1 (Sunday), 2013, the 2nd JLPT was held in St. Mary’s School in which around 800 students took the exam from N1 to N5 level. The Japan Foundation offers the JLPT twice a year in July and December inside Japan and in more than 60 countries around the world. In Nepal, the Embassy of Japan in cooperation with the Japanese Language Teachers’ Association, Nepal (JALATAN) organizes the JLPT of all levels in July and December.
