H.E. Mr. Masashi Ogawa, Ambassador of Japan to Nepal hosted a Reception today to celebrate the 80th auspicious Birthday of His Majesty Emperor Akihito at his official Residence, Tahachal.

About four hundred guests including Rt. Hon�fble Vice President Mr. Paramananda Jha as a chief guest, Honorable New members of CA, Ambassadors and Heads of International Organizations in Nepal, high ranking government officials attended the reception.

In Japan, Emperor is the symbol of the nation and the national unity. And the day is also celebrated as the National Day of Japan.
