Visit of Japanese Parliamentarians on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Nepal

Mr. Tadahiko Ito, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Takashi Yano, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Toshiki Nikai, Personal Secretary and son of Mr. Toshihiro Nikai who is the Chairman of the Japan-Nepal Parliamentarians Friendship League as well as Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan are visiting Kathmandu for three days on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Nepal. They will arrive in Kathmandu on August 31 at 12:35 hours by TG319 and will leave Kathmandu on September 2 at 13:40 hours by TG320.

During their visit, they will attend the ceremony to cerebrate the golden jubilee which is going to be held on September 1 at Megha Malhar Hall, Soaltee Crowne Plaza. They will also pay courtesy calls on Right Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Girija Prasad Koirala and Right Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives Mr. Subash Nemwang. They will also have luncheon meeting with members of the Nepal-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Association headed by Mr. Ram Chandra Poudel, Convenor of the Association and will attend the cancellation of commemorative stamp and the opening of the philatelic exhibition in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Nepal.
