Namaste Nippon sponsored by the Sakura Japanese Language School and Furusato Culture & Research Center is brought to you every Thursday between 9:30 -10:00 p.m. on Radio Nepal 792 Mhz / FM 100.
Apart from offering frequent updates on culture, technology and the economy of Japan, the program also airs Nepal-Japan related weekly news analysis as well as a special segment featuring interviews. It also includes e-mails, letters and phone calls from listeners all around the country. While responding to listeners' questions, it presents various aspects of Japanese society, people's lives and pop and folk music. Namaste Nippon is also provided over the internet via the website
